Rooted Heroes is currently operated by Jeff Hannan personally. Read our approved privacy policy. The inquiry-specific consent below applies to this Rooted Heroes form; providing a phone number alone does not authorize calls or text messages.
This real estate inquiry form collects your name, email, optional phone number, interest in buying, selling or both, inquiry consent and available referral/source information so we can respond to and review your inquiry. The community selection on the page personalizes the page; this form does not submit that selection or establish eligibility. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account details, medical information or sensitive documents.
We save inquiry records in WordPress and, on successful delivery, in the central Rooted Heroes GoHighLevel location. An inquiry awaiting delivery remains saved in WordPress. Original professional attribution is preserved separately from your requested service and eventual assignment. Jeff centrally reviews each inquiry. Referral does not guarantee assignment. An assigned, verified professional receives the details needed to help with the inquiry. Professional notifications remain disabled until their recipients and scope are verified and approved.
Your consent
The form requires inquiry consent: “Please email me about this inquiry. Rooted Heroes may share necessary details with a verified professional assigned to help me. This is not marketing consent.”
This form does not enroll you in marketing or collect consent for calls or text messages. Providing an optional phone number does not grant that consent. Automated SMS remains disabled. Access to Rooted Heroes benefits does not require marketing consent.
For this form, we preserve the inquiry consent wording, version and time recorded with your inquiry. Earlier inquiries retain the choices and wording actually recorded for them; this notice does not replace or expand that consent.
Retention and your requests
Unconverted inquiry records are retained for 24 months after the last activity, then deleted or anonymized unless longer retention is required by law. Converted clients and transactions may follow applicable legal and compliance retention requirements. Retention is reviewed administratively; this is not a promise of an automatic deletion system.
For privacy, access, correction, deletion, contact-preference or help requests, contact jeffreyhannan@simplihom.com. We may need to verify your identity and preserve records where retention is required. Withdrawal of previously given calls/texts consent must be honored before further contact.
Heroes mortgage credit
The lender provides the Heroes mortgage credit. The tier is based on the first-mortgage loan amount, not the home purchase price:

Availability and the amount actually usable are subject to lender approval, loan terms and applicable limits. The usable credit is limited to the amount the lender allows for your specific loan program. Any portion that cannot be used is reduced. The credit cannot be paid to you as cash or applied toward your down payment. The lender must confirm your eligibility and usable credit for your transaction.
Mortgage benefits require a separate eligibility and fulfillment review. Submitting this real estate inquiry does not assign a mortgage professional. A referral code or a displayed real estate agent does not establish mortgage eligibility or assignment. Services remain subject to professional licensing, program rules and applicable law. These tiers apply to the mortgage credit only; real estate benefits have separate terms.
